Shipping 

Our shipping and customer service departments are open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

• Standard U.S Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $125 and over. 
• International Shipping is FREE on orders over $175 USD.
• All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS or UPS. 
• International orders shipped with USPS.

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days after your order has been placed.  Please allow for more time on our launch days. Please allow an extended processing time for International Orders once shipped / handed over to the carrier. Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that transit times are measured after the order has been processed and delivery dates are based on average transit times.

All international orders will ship when all products within the order are ready.

Are taxes and duties included in my international order? 

International packages may be subject to duties and taxes and is not included in the price at checkout. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/ duties fees associated with your order. The limits for duty-free packages are established by the local customs authorities. Additional information can be found on your local customs website or visit https://www.simplyduty.com/#calc. Canadian customers can use this website to estimate duty and taxes.
