Returns And Exchanges

  • S.L. Blake does offer a full refund to original form of payment within 7 days of order being marked as "delivered".
  • Returns requested after 7 days will be accepted with store credit or exchange only.
  • Returns requested after 30 days will be denied. 
  • Store credit does not expire and may be used towards the purchase of in-stock items only.  Please note that the credit cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. Please note that the store credit is for 1-time use only and must be used in its entirety, unless the purchase is less than the store credit balance. Any purchases made with store credit are INELIGIBLE for return/exchange.
  • *IMPORTANT *- Any merchandise purchased using store credit (in full or in part) is considered final sale.
  • All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the criteria, they will not be accepted for return / refund and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Items may only be exchanged for the same item or items of equal/greater value; if your desired size is unavailable, please review our Return Policy to see if the item is eligible to return for store credit.
  • Ineligible Items for Return / Exchange:

    • Past 30 day return window
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

    • Swimwear

  • NO REFUNDS ON PERMANENT JEWELRY. If your jewelry breaks you have 14 DAYS to bring it back in and we will gladly fix it!
  • ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.
  • DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE APPLIED TO PREVIOUSLY MADE PURCHASES.
  • DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE COMBINED. ONE COUPON PER TRANSACTION.

Instruction for Returns

  • You can start the return process by clicking on the following link. "Start A Return" and please have any / all order details prepared. 
  • The order number is case sensitive. 
  • Your order number and email are required to submit the return.
  • After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you with any carrier. 
  • Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code / refund notification within 3-5 business days.
  • Store Credit / Refunds are calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.
  • Please note S.L. Blake is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

How will I receive my Store Credit?

Expect an emailed Store Credit within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. 

What if I paid with Afterpay or ShopPay?

Afterpay/ShopPay purchases are subject to S.L Blake’s standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment.  

Suppose you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your Afterpay/ShopPay installments. In that case, you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the total purchase amount, and you will receive a Store Credit for the total amount of the item(s) being returned.
